We prefer to ship early in the week to prevent products, like Kiki's Power Dates, from sitting in shipping warehouses over the weekends. We primarily use USPS Priority Mail, unless customers choose other shipping options. 

We fulfill orders and ship the next business day for products in our inventory, including our popular Medjool Dates. For backordered items, it takes our team 3-5 business days to fulfill. Products that are out of stock may be awaiting packaging from our suppliers or could be temporarily unavailable, but we assure you that the health benefits of dates are worth the wait.
